Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object-The driver of a 2015 Ford F-250 pickup told deputies he was traveling on FM1021 when a deer ran onto the road and he swerved to avoid it. The driver further advised that being doing so, he drove into the guard rail. No medical attention was requested or required at the time of the report.
Criminal Mischief-A complainant on the 1400 block of Wagon Wheel reported her ex-husband has scratched the right side to her 2014 Dodge Charger. A report of the incident was filed.
Theft-An employee from the Stripes Convenience Store located on FM 1021 reported a male subject had entered the store and concealed several items under his shirt before leaving without paying. A report was taken.
