Wanted Person-Deputies conducted a TCIC/NCIC check on a male subject at the international Port of Entry #1 this morning. A warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed on Jesus Rodolfo Amezcua, who was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to the intersection of Wagon Wheel and Winchester, where a 2001 Chevrolet Suburban was involved in a single vehicle accident. Contact was made with the driver, who stated he was traveling northbound on Wagon Wheel Road when he lost control of the wheel, causing the vehicle to skid and end rolled over on its right side. EMS crews arrived at the scene but the driver refused medical attention.
Assault/Family Violence-A complainant on the 3200 block of Calle Teresa reported she had been assaulted by her brother. The male subject, a juvenile, was detained and later released to the custody of a family member.
Criminal Mischief-A complainant on Canal Drive stated unknown subject(s) had thrown a rock at her mobile home, breaking the front window.
