Hit and Run-Deputies responded to Mack Circle, minutes into the new year after an apparent hit and run occurred when a vehicle traveling southbound on Las Quintas Blvd. was struck from behind when coming to a complete stop. The second vehicle left the location in an unknown direction.
Agg. Sexual Assault on a Child-Deputies responded to FM 1021 and Tierra Soberana in regards to an aggravated sexual assault on a child.
Assault-Complainants on the 2800 block of El Indio Highway reported an argument had ensued between family members when they were struck in the facial area. Reports were filed.
Damage to Property-A complainant on the 2600 block of Cenizo Heights reported a 1993 Chevrolet Pickup damaged a brick and metal fence. The value of the damages was estimated at approximately $200.00
Motor Vehicle Accident-Units were dispatched to US Highway 277 North when a vehicle attempting to make a U-turn struck another vehicle traveling in the same direction. The collision caused damages to the vehicles left back quarter panel. Both parties refused medical attention at the time of the report.
