Press Release-Sheriff Tom Schmerber attended the Middle Rio Grande Law Enforcement Academy fall Graduation ceremony held in Uvalde, Texas this past Friday December 4, 2015. Pictured above with the Sheriff are Academy instructor Andy Davila and Academy Coordinator James Armstrong, Jr. Sheriff Schmerber, County deputies, and the staff at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office wish to congratulate the Charlie Class of 2015 for completing their coursework and wish them the best in their future law enforcement endeavors.
