Public Intoxication-Units were dispatched to the 2500 block of Del Rio Blvd. this morning, where a male subject was found in an adjacent parking lot. Deputies made contact with thirty-seven year old Oscar Rodriguez, who displayed signs of intoxication. For his safety and the safety of others, Mr. Rodriguez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. He was confined before being released on a citation.
