Maverick County Daily Reports-December 05, 2015

Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle-Deputies responded to the 1900 block of Baltica Street in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with Jaime Madrid, who stated he had been involved in a physical altercation outside of his residence with a known male subject. In the midst of the altercation, the male subject fled in his vehicle in an unknown direction, striking Mr. Madrid and causing him to fall. EMS crews were summoned to the scene, however, Mr. Madrid refused further medical attention at the time of the report. He was advised to contact the Criminal Investigations Unit for further processing.

Hit and Run-A complainant on County Road 509 reported an unknown vehicle collided into his 2010 Dodge Ram, causing minor damages.

Wanted Person-A county unit responded to the international Port of Entry #2 after CBP agents detained a male subject with an active warrant. The deputy was able to confirm an open warrant out of Bexar County for Jose Federico Granados, who was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Hit and Run-A complainant traveling on North Veteran's Boulevard reported an unknown subject(s) striking her vehicle in in the rear bumper/trunk area and leaving the scene of the accident. No injuries were reported at the scene.

Assault-A complainant advised a known male subject had assaulted him outside of the Moonlight Ballroom. The incident occurred approximately one week ago.
