Criminal Mischief-Deputies responded to an apartment complex by Lindbergh Circle, where a female complainant reported a verbal argument had ensued between her and her boyfriend. She further stated she closed and locked the door when he had stepped outside, making him irate as he began kicking the door, causing damages to the door and its frame. A damage estimate was unknown at the time of the report.
DWI, Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle-A deputy patrolling FM1021 this evening attempted to pull over a Chevrolet Pickup for a minor traffic infraction this evening. Emergency lights were activated on the vehicle in question traveling northbound on FM1021, but the driver refused to stop, leading county units on a chase that ultimately ended on Chuckwagon Road. The driver, thirty-four year old Juan Carlos Torres was also found to have unstable movements, a slurred speech, and bloodshot eyes. Mr. Torres also refused to give a specimen of his breath. He was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
