Maverick County Daily Reports-November 22, 2015

Dog Bite-A deputy responded to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center where a complainant reported being bitten on her leg by her neighbor's dog.

Dog Bite-A complainant on Rosita Valley Road stated his three year old son had been bitten by a grey and white Husky. The complainant further stated the dog had caused several bite marks on his child's face.

Indecency with a Child-A deputy met with a concerned citizen who had reported an incident of indecency with a child.

DWI-A deputy patrolling South Veteran's Blvd.  conducted a traffic stop on a 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer for a minor traffic infraction. Contact was made with Jose Soberon, the driver, who appeared intoxicated and failed the field sobriety test conducted. He was placed under arrest on DWI charges. His passenger, Mario De Hoyos, also displayed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest on public intoxication charges. Both subjects were then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A deputy responded to the international Port of Entry #2 where customs agents detained a male subject attempting to enter the United States when it was revealed he had an open warrant. An active warrant out of Milam County for Eric Guillen was confirmed. Mr. Guillen was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
