Wanted Person-A deputy was dispatched to US Highway 277 North, where Eagle Pass Police Officers detained a male subject with an active warrant. A TCIC/NCIC check on twenty seven year old Alejandro Diaz confirmed an open warrant for his arrest out of Maverick County. Mr. Diaz was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Units responded to the 900 block of Ranchitos Road, where a complainant reported having been involved in a physical altercation with his wife, who fled the area prior to the deputies arrival.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Customs agents at the international Port of Entry #2 detained a male subject for being in possession of marijuana. Deputies arrived at the the location and arrested William Estrada on the possessions charge. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
