Maverick County Daily Reports-Octoboer 18, 2015

Disorderly Conduct-Deputies responded to the 2100 block of Del Rio Blvd. after receiving reports of a fight in progress. Upon arrival, they witnessed two females involved in a physical altercation. Both females were placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Motor Vehicle Accident-Units were dispatched to FM 2030 in reference to a motor vehicle rollover accident. Deputies arrived and noticed a 2001 black Chevrolet Trailblazer that had rolled over several times, causing extensive damages. Witnesses on hand described a male subject that had left the scene on foot. The subject, Pablo Francisco Rodriguez, was spotted several blocks away walking on the side of the road. Mr. Rodriguez displayed an unstable balance, a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his person, slurred speech, and bloodshot eyes. EMS crews were summoned to the scene and Mr. Rodriguez was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further medical attention. He was later cited by deputies and released.

 Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle-A complainant on the 1300 block of Siesta Drive told officers a known male subject had taken his 2002 black Chevrolet Silverado without his consent. The vehicle was returned the same night and the male subject fled the area in an unknown direction.

Theft-A deputy was dispatched to Buck Street, where a complainant stated unknown subjects had taken her daughter's bike without consent.

Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute-A deputy was dispatched to Rosita Valley Road near Los Guajillos in reference to a vehicle that had been stopped by Tribal Police. The driver, Issac Herrera,  was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Damage to Property-A complainant on the 3000 block of Rafael Street told deputies a Ford F-350 had driven passed his residence in a reckless manner, causing rocks to damage his 2015 Toyota Rav-4. The complainant wished to file a report.
