Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces-A deputy patrolling the Potro Park area made contact with a male subject identified as Ernesto Contreras, who was inside of a Nissan four door vehicle. Mr. Contreras told the deputy he was in possession of a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana. A search of the vehicle was conducted and the narcotics were recovered.
Public Intoxication-A traffic stop conducted on Eidson Road on a 1996 Dodge Dakota revealed the driver to be intoxicated. Forty-one year old Daniel Alejandro Martinez was arrested on public intoxication charges and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 ounces-A county unit responded to Pueblo Nuevo this morning after fielding calls of a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle in question, a 2000 white Isuzu Rodeo, was spotted and contact was made with the driver. It was then revealed that he was in possession of a clear plastic baggy containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on Roman Street reported unknown subjects had entered his residence through a front window without consent.
Evading Arrest or Detention-Deputies responded to the intersection of FM1021 and South Veteran's Blvd. after receiving reports of a runaway juvenile. Officers were able to make contact with the juvenile subject, who failed to obey officer commands and began to flee the area on foot. Deputies were able to detain the juvenile after conducting a search of the area. The juvenile was later released to the custody of family members.
Located Runaway-A county unit made its way to the international Port of Entry #2 after a background check on a female juvenile traveling in the company of her mother revealed the juvenile was reported as a runaway out of San Antonio, Texas. The juvenile was released to her mother and removed from the system.
