Civil Matter-A complainant on Balcones Blvd. stated her common law husband took their vehicle without her consent. The complainant wished to file a report.
Wanted Person-Deputies executed a felony warrant on thirty-eight year old Gabriel Chavez. Mr. Chavez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A complainant on the 1700 block of Eidson Road stated a known actor(s) had taken his bicycle from his residence. The complainant further stated he retrieved the bicycle from the known actors.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident in Riverside Acres, where a maroon Hyundai Elentra was found inside of a property after it had struck a fence. Deputies also noticed front end damages to the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle refused medical attention.
