Public Intoxication-A deputy patrolling the Seco Mines sector of Maverick County witnessed a male subject sitting on a bench by Valerie Park with several alcoholic beverages in his possession. Contact was made with David Morales, he became verbally aggressive with deputies. Mr. Morales was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. He would be later released on a citation.
Located Missing Person-CBP agents advised deputies a male subject reported as missing by the Cortez Police Department was located at the international Port of Entry #2Family members were contact and the male subject was removed from the system.
Wanted Person-A deputy was dispatched to the Maverick County Adult Probation Office, where TCIC/NCIC database check revealed an open warrant on a wanted person at the offices. Deputies arrested Edgar Villegas and transported him to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A resident in Deer Run reported a known male subject had taken her belongings from outside of her residence.
