Maverick County Daily Reports-August 03, 2015

Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on the 2000 block of Boulder Ridge reported to officers that unknown subjects entered her home through a window and took numerous items without her consent.

Runaway-Complainant stated that her juvenile daughter had left the resident without her permission to an unknown location. The complainant wanted to report her as a runaway. Several hours later, the complainant reported to officers that her daughter had returned home.

Sexual Assault/Aggravated Assault-Deputies responded to an address in Seco Mines in reference to a sexual assault. This case is under investigation.

Wanted Person-Deputies were dispatched to the Maverick County Adult Probation Department, where a male subject identified as Rogelio Marmolejo was arrested for an outstanding warrant on probation violation charges.

Information Report-A deputy patrolling the Eagle Heights subdivision witness four subjects running away when they saw a patrol unit. The officer was able to apprehend the subjects, three male and one female, after a pursuit on foot. Further investigations revealed the four subjects were undocumented citizens. United States Border Patrol was summoned to the scene where the took custody of the the undocumented citizens.

Wanted Person-A deputy was dispatched to the international Port Of Entry #2 after a female subject was detained on an active warrant. Diana Patricia Hernandez was placed under arrest for an active warrant out of Bexar County. She was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Burglary of Habitation-Deputies responded to the 700 block of Progresso Street, where a burglary of habitation was in progress. Upon unit's arrival, officers were able to make contact with a female subject identified as Maria Estela Romo. Ms. Romo was arrested on burglary of Habitation charges and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Burglary of Habitation/Assault-A complainant on the 300 block of Wild Wood Road reported that her daughter's ex-boyfriend had broke the rear door to the residence and assaulted her daughter. The male subject had left the area prior to the unit's arrival. The female was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center ER for further evaluation.

Located Missing Person-Deputies responded to port of entry #2 in reference to a located missing person. The father of a male subject listed as missing had forgotten to report that his son had returned home. The subject was removed fro the TCIC/NCIC system as a missing person.
