Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2003 white Buick 4 door vehicle by the intersection of Carla Drive and Mari Drive near the 12:45 hour this morning. Further investigation revealed a clear plastic baggie containing a green leafy substance in the driver's side door. The substance tested positive for marijuana. The driver of the vehicle, thirty-four year old Fernando Herrera, stated that the marijuana was his. Mr. Herrera was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Criminal Mischief-Deputies made their way to Balcones Park where a complainant stated that unknown subject(s) spray painted the walls to the park.
Damage to Property-A deputy was dispatched to the 400 block of Balcones where a female subject reported that unknown subject(s) broker her window screen frame.
Criminal Mischief-A deputy responded to the 300 block of Gratex when a female complainant reported unknown subject(s) broke the windows to the side of her residence.
