Maverick County Daily Reports-June 29, 2015

Disorderly Conduct-Deputies responded to the 100 block of Sandalo after a female reported having seen a mknown male subject looking through her restroom window while she was showering. The complainant further adivsed the male subject resides by her residence.

Burglary of Vehicle-A female complainant on the 1800 block of Lewis stated that unknown subject(s) entered her vehicle without her consent and took $3100.00 and a bracelet worth $800.00

Burglary of Habitation-Deputies made their way to the 1200 block of Las Quintas Blvd after a female complainant stated that unknown subject(s) went into her residence without her consent.

Wanted Person-Adult Probation staff contacted the Maverick County Sheriff's Office about a person with a possible warrant in their presence. The warrant was confirmed and the subject, identified as Mario Salinas, was arrested.

Unlawful Possession of a firearm by a Convicted Felon-Deputies responded to the 1st block of Lagos Road in regards to a reportedly aggressive male subject. Upon arrival, officers were advised by the reporting person that a male subject, later identified as Reynaldo Morales, was intoxicated and in possession of a firearm behind the residence. Deputies attempted to make contact with Mr. Morales but were unable to. After a couple of hours, Mr. Morales surrendered to officers and was arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of a firearm by a Convicted Felon. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Minor Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies arrived at El Aguila Grocery on FM2030 when a driver stated he accidentally struck the building by pressing on the gas pedal by accident.

Criminal Mischief-a complainant on the 1st block of Marco Street told deputies that unknown subject(s) ad caused damages to their vehicle with an unknown object.

Assault- Deputies were dispatched to Vanessa Street, where a complainant told officers that a known male subject assaulted him at his residence. He further stated that the subject had punched him and kicked him several times. The complainant was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further treatment.

Hit and Run-A complainant stated that a black vehicle had struck her white Ford F-150 Pickup on its front end and left the scene in an unknown destination
