Maverick County Daily Reports-June 13, 2015

Impoundment-A deputy conducted a traffic stop for minor infractions at the intersection of FM 1021 and Memo Robinson Road found a female driver operating a vehicle without a driver's license, proper insurance, and an expired vehicle registration. The driver was issued a citation and the vehicle was impounded by a local wrecker service.

Assault, Family Violence-Deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Lariat Drive in reference to an aggressive male subject. The complainant stated that her husband was highly intoxicated and was being violent and aggressive towards her. The male was arrested on Family Violence charges.

Wanted Person-A deputy responded to the international Port of Entry #1 after a male subject attempting to enter the United States was detained for an open warrant. The subject was found to have an active warrant out of Maverick County for driving with an invalid License. The male was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Assault, Family Violence/Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to the 1300 block of Rosita Valley Road in reference to a disturbance in progress. Officers made contact with the complainant who stated that she had been involved in a physical altercation with her mother. Deputies then made contact with the female subject and noticed high levels of intoxication. The female was arrested on charges of public intoxication and family violence assault.

Assault Report- A deputy responded to the 2200 block of Del Rio Blvd after a female reported she was assaulted by her family members.

Wanted Person- A TCIC/NCIC check was conducted on a female attempting to enter the United States via Port of Entry #1 when a warrant came back active out of Travis County. The female was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
