Deputy Explorers Visit the Tom Bowles Detention Center

Maverick County Sheriff's Office(PRESS RELEASE)-The Maverick County Sheriff's Jr. deputies explorers held their monthly meeting this week at the Tom Bowles Detention Center. Deputy explorers were ushered around the facility to give them a sense of its daily operations and met with Sheriff Schmerber to discuss the positive benefits that come from a career in law enforcement.    Pictured above are Sheriff Tom Schmerber, Explorer Supervisors Inv. Jose Ramos and Gabriel Serrano, and several members of the Sheriff's Jr. deputy explorers.
