Maverick County Sheriff's Office(PRESS RELEASE)-Deputies responded to the intersection of FM1021(El Indio Highway) and FM2030 in reference to a motor vehicle accident on Tuesday July 8th, at approximately 5:14 PM. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies took over traffic control duties while the Texas Department of Public Safety managed the accident as well as the investigation. The driver of a 2004 black GMC Denali, identified as Rolando De Luna, and the driver of a 2000 black Ford Mustang, identified as Jesus Mancha, both refused medical attention.
