Maverick County Sheriff's Office(PRESS RELEASE)-Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Loop 480 Sunday, June 29th. Deputies arrived at the scene and made contact with the driver of the vehicle, a sixteen year old female juvenile, who was stuck inside a grey Chevrolet Malibu. The driver had minor lacerations to her left knee and chest. Eagle Pass Fire Department and EMS crews arrived to the locale and driver was able to get out of the vehicle on her own. She was later transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation with her mother's consent. United States Border Patrol agents assisted the Maverick County Sheriff's Office by providing traffic control.
