Maverick County Sheriff's Office(PRESS RELEASE)-On Friday January 31, 2014 at 5:50 PM, Sheriff's deputies responded to Spring View Drive in the Chula Vista sector of Maverick County in reference to a single motor vehicle accident. upon arrival, deputies located a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee laying on its passenger side. Deputies made contact with the driver, who stated that while traveling on Spring View, lost control of the vehicle and veered left. The jeep skid several yards prior to colliding with a chain link fence. Both the driver and the passenger refused medical attention at the scene.
