Criminal Mischief-A Maverick County Road and Bridge employee reported unknown subject(s) had shattered the front driver side window to his work truck.
Possession of Marijuana 4 oz.<5 lbs.-A search of a vehicle during a traffic stop conducted this afternoon yielded the discovery of approximately 6 ounces of marijuana after a clear bag containing a green leafy substance was found inside the vehicle. The occupants of the Vehicle, Jose Manuel Martinez and Daniel Gonzalez, both from Del Rio, Texas were placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-A deputy patrolling North Veteran's Blvd. this evening conducted a traffic stop for a minor infraction, wherein consent to search the vehicle was given by the driver, Angelica Olvera. In the midst of the search, a green leafy substance which would later test positive for marijuana was found. Ms. Olvera and her passenger, Carolina Ojeda were both taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Deputies made contact with City of Eagle Pass Police officers after they had detained a male subject with an active warrant out of Maverick County. The warrant for Jose Antonio Charles was confirmed and he was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
ID Theft-A complainant reported unknown actor(s) have been using her social security number without her consent. A reported was filed.
Driving while License Invalid/Wanted Person-A traffic stop on Lewis Street this afternoon for a minor infraction revealed the driver, identified as John Christopher Lopez, to be operating the vehicle without a valid license due to previous convictions. A background check on his passenger, Ruby Sandwald, revealed an active warrant out of Bexar County. The two were placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Hit and Run-A complainant on the 2500 block of Del Rio Blvd. reported an unknown vehicle had struck his 2017 Chevrolet Camaro and fled the scene.

Information Report-Deputies responded to a structural fire on Eidson Road early this morning, whereupon arrival, evacuated the residence of its occupants as well as any occupants of the residence nearby. Eagle Pass fire crews were also on location to help extinguish the fire. Damages to the front of the home were visible at the time of the report. This case is under investigation.

Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to the intersection of North and Church Street in Seco Mines this afternoon after a vehicle disregarded a red light at the intersection and struck a vehicle on its driver side door. The driver of the vehicle impacted was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further treatment while all other occupants refused medical attention at the time of the report.
Hit and Run-A deputy resnded to the 2800 block of Memorial Drive, where a stationary unoccupied 2000 Chevrolet Impala was reported to have been struck by an unknown vehicle, causing damaged to the right back quarter panel.

Wanted Person-A traffic stop on a 2005 Ford Explorer for a minor traffic infraction this evening revealed the driver to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The warrant for Jeffrey Ray Jimenez was confirmed and he was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Deceased Person-Units responded to the Hydroelectric Power Plant on FM1907 this morning, where employees conducting routine maintenance on the filtering system observed the remains of a human body floating in the water. A Justice of the Peace was advised of the situation and a local funeral home was summoned to recover the remains.
Theft-A resident on the 3700 block of Siesta reported he had received notification of delivery for a package ordered online, yet there was no package at the location. Contact was made with the courier, who reported a male subject had signed for the package. The complainant further advised he attempted to find the subject but could not locate him. The value of the package was set at approximately $750.00.
Disorderly Conduct-Units responded to the 2900 block of Lindbergh Circle, whereupon arrival, observed a male subject on the ground being treated by EMS crew members. Deputies were advised the male subject had been involved in a physical altercation with another male subject who had left the scene prior to a deputies arrival. The subject did not wish to file charges and he was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further treatment.

The warrants out of Val Verde County for Jonathan Velez and Yanira Ivette Mendoza were confirmed and the two were taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A resident on the 4000 block of Clavel Street reported an unknown subject(s) had entered his property and took several items of value without consent.
Assault-Deputies met with a female subject on the 5700 block of FM 1021, where she reported being involved in a verbal argument with a known female that escalated into a physical confrontation.
