Criminal Mischief-a complainant on FM 2030 informed a deputy that unknown subject(s) threw rocks at his building and broke a window valued at $500.00 The subjects absconded the area prior to the unit's arrival.
Information Report-Units responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of FM 1021 and Karen Street, where a vehicle accidentally rear-ended a a belly dump tractor trailer while traveling westbound on FM 1021. No injuries were reported at the time and the Texas Department of Public Safety arrived at the scene and his since taken over the investigation.
Wanted Person-A deputy was dispatched to the international Port of Entry #2 after a male individual was detained on an active warrant. Francisco Rios Vasquez was confirmed to have had an open warrant out of Harris County. Mr. Rios was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Minor Motor Vehicle Accident/Hit and Run-A female complainant told deputies that while turning onto El Indio Highway from Memo Robinson Road in her 2007 black Toyota, she was struck by a black Ford Explorer traveling in the same direction. The Explorer fled the area. No injuries were reported.
Criminal Mischief-Deputies responded to the 500 block of Candelario Montalvo, where complainants reported that unknown subject(s) had entered the property and egged their residence.
Information Report-Deputies responded to Sarita's Tortilla Factory on El Indio Highway after an alarm was activated. Units arrived to the scene to notice a glass window had been broken and a quick search of the area was conducted. They key holder to the business was contacted.
