Daily Reports-September 13, 2021

Wanted Person-A deputy was dispatched to the international port of entry this morning after agents at the port advised they had detained a female subject whose background check revealed an active warrant for her arrest. The warrant for the subject identified as Lesly Gonzalez-Hernandez out of Bexar County on aggravated assault on a public servant charges was confirmed and she was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Wanted Person-Deputies this morning met with a male subject identified as fifty-one year old Hamid Kuri, Jr., who advised he had an active warrant for his arrest and wished to turn himself. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Kuri was escorted to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Deceased Person-Units responded to FM 481 this morning after Border Patrol field agents reported coming across a deceased male subject in the brush area. EMS crews and a Justice of the Peace were summoned to the scene to declare the subject deceased at approximately 12:19 PM. 

Wanted Person--Twenty-five year old Jose Pacheco was arrested at the international port of entry 2 this afternoon after agents at the port advised he had been detained at the port after a check revealed a possible open warrant. The warrant out of McCracken County, Kentucky on fraud charges was confirmed and Pacheco was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Deceased Person-Deputes were dispatched to a ranch off of FM 2644 at approximately 4:30 PM this afternoon after agents came across human remains in the brush area. A Justice of the Peace was summoned to the location and pronounced the subject deceased at approximately 6:18 PM. 

Aggravated Assault-A unit responded to Rosita Valley Road this afternoon where a female subject reported a verbal argument with her ex-boyfriend turned into a physical altercation when she was struck with a bat and a knife. No major injuries were reported at the time of contact.

Assault/Family Violence-A unit responded to Memo Robinson road shortly before midnight after a complainant reported a male subject had assaulted her after he attempted to enter her vehicle. The subject identified as Westley Navarrete was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
