Possession of a Controlled Substance-Deputies along with Texas DPS officers apprehended thirty-eight year old Marcelino Rodriguez on Sueno Circle this afternoon. A pat down on Mr. Rodriguez found him in possession of a substance identified as hashish. Rodriguez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
