Public Intoxication-A deputy responded to Sunrise Loop at approximately 6:00 AM this morning in reference to a parked vehicle on the roadway. Contact was made with Christobal Flores Gomez, the driver of a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe, who displayed signs of intoxication. Flores was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of a Controlled Substance-A deputy patrolling Richie Road this afternoon conducted a traffic stop for a minor violation and observed the driver toss a bag outside of the passenger side window. A search revealed the driver had disposed of a bag containing a crystalized substance that would test positive for methamphetamine. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
