Daily Reports-June 05, 2021

Assault/Family Violence-Units responded to a residence on Chuco Drive early this morning, whereupon arrival made contact with a female subject who admitted to having been involved in a physical altercation with her husband. Both subjects denied medical attention at the time of the report and the male subject, thirty-five year old Juan Antonio Hernandez, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Public Intoxication-Deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Wagon Wheel Road this morning in reference to an intoxicated female subject requesting assistance. Upon arrival, contact was made with twenty-one year old Mayra Perez, who was found in a highly intoxicated state. Ms. Perez would refuse medical attention and was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Recovered Narcotics-A resident on Mela Garcia Road made contact with deputies after discovering two and a half bundles of marijuana while cleaning his property this afternoon. The narcotics were recovered and placed in the evidence locker and a formal report was filed.

Possession of a Controlled Substance-A traffic stop conducted on a 2014 Chevrolet Cruz on Rosita Valley Road this evening led to the arrest of forty year old Chris Trevino after a vehicle search yielded the discovery of a a clear baggie containing methamphetamine. Trevino admitted to being the owner of the narcotics, and upon being booked into the Tom Bowles Detention Center, was found in possession of two more small clear baggies containing characteristics of methamphetamine. The narcotics were placed in the evidence locker and formal report was filed. 

Burglary of Habitation-A resident on the 1100 block of FM 1588 reported a known female subject had entered her apartment without her consent and took several items. The subject left the area in an unknown direction prior to a deputies arrival and the total value of the items taken was unknown at the time of the report.

Deadly Conduct-Deputies this evening responded to Loma Linda Street in reference to shots fired in the area. Contact was made twenty-two year old Angel Garcia upon arrival, who admitted to intentionally firing at a yellow in color Chevrolet Camaro he stated had attempted to crash into his 2006 BMW on the roadway. The unknown driver left the area prior to a deputies arrival and Mr. Garcia was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
