Daily Reports-April 24, 2021

Wanted Person-Deputies this afternoon arrested twenty-eight year old Isaiah Hinkle at the US Border Patrol checkpoint on US Highway 57 after a background check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Bexar County for unlawful possession of a firearm was confirmed and Hinkle was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Burglary of Vehicle-A complainant on the 2700 block of Eidson Road reported unknown subject(s) had entered her vehicle without consent and took a personal drone. A formal report was filed. 

Wanted Person-Twenty-seven year old Erick Castillo was placed under arrest at the international port of entry 2 this afternoon after agents at the port reported a background check on Castillo revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Dallas County was confirmed and Mr. Castillo was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Wanted Person-Deputies again responded to the international port of entry 2 this afternoon after agents at the port had detained a male subject whose background check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Bexar County on a sexual assault charge for the subject, identified as forty-nine year old Luis Perez, was confirmed and Perez was taken into custody before being transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Possession of a Stolen Vehicle-A county unit was dispatched to US Highway 57 in regards to a possible stolen vehicle traveling en route this evening. While patrolling the area, deputies observed a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle in question travelling southbound on Highway 57. A traffic stop was conducted on the 2016 blue Audi and contact was made with the driver, nineteen year old David Perry as well as a female juvenile passenger. A check on the vehicle came back as reported stolen out of the San Antonio Police Department and Perry was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center. The female passenger had previously been reported as a runaway and was later transported to the reporting person's residence.
