Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to a residence on Rosemary Drive early this morning in reference to a possible disturbance in progress. Contact was made with twenty-nine year old Mayra Ashley Rodriguez, who was found on the roadway in a highly intoxicated state. Contact was also made with the initial complainant, who further stated Ms. Rodriguez was acting in a disorderly fashion at a gathering. Rodriguez was then taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Hit and Run-A complainant on the 2400 block of Rodriguez Street reported an unknown vehicle struck his 2010 Ford Explorer in the overnight hours. The vehicle sustained minor damages to the passenger side doors and a formal report was filed.
