Identity Theft-A male complainant advised unknown subject(s) had been using his social security number and information in order to obtain government benefits. A formal report was filed.
Wanted Subject-Thirty-Eight year old Juan Faustino Torres was placed under arrest at the international port of entry this afternoon after agents at the port advised a background check had revealed an active warrant for his arrest. The warrant out of Nueces County was confirmed and Mr. Torres was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Motor Vehicle Accident/Driving while Intoxicated-Units this afternoon responded to the intersection of Wagon Wheel Road and Winchester after a 1990 GMC pickup travelling westbound on Wagon Wheel rear ended a 2016 Dodge Journey. Upon arrival, deputies found the driver of the pickup, twenty-five year old Rene Rodriguez in a highly intoxicated state. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A deputy was dispatched to the international port of entry 2 this evening after agents at the port had detained a female subject whose background check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Maverick County for the female, identified as Yanet Ibarra, was confirmed and she was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
