Criminal Mischief- Units responded to Candelario Montalvo Street this evening after receiving reports of an unwanted subject at the location. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with twenty-seven year old Alexandria Noriega, whose background check revealed an active criminal trespass warning at the location where deputies were summoned. Ms. Noriega was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Deceased Person-A deputy responded to the boat ramp located at Shelby Park this morning, whereupon arrival, made contact with United States Border Patrol agents who advised they had located a body in the Rio Grande. The body of an unknown male subject was retrieved and a Justice of the Peace was summoned to the scene to pronounce the subject deceased at approximately 11:00 AM.
Wanted Person-Fifty-three year old Andrew Martinez was taken into custody at the international port of entry 2 this afternoon after a background check revealed an active warrant for his arrest. Deputies arrived at the location and the warrant out of the Dallas County Sheriff's Office was confirmed. Mr. Martinez was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Injured Person-Deputies this afternoon met with a female subject at the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center emergency room who reported she had been walking on FM 1907 when she heard a loud noise which sounded like a gun shot. A visible small laceration hole was also found on the subject's left leg. This case remains under investigation.
