Deceased Person-Units responded to the 2900 block of Rodriguez Street this morning after a female subject reported she found her husband unresponsive in the bedroom. EMS crews arrived at the location and reported the male subject displayed no vital signs. A Justice of the Peace was summoned to the scene and pronounced the subject deceased at approximately 7:18 A.M.
Theft-Contact was made with a complainant on the 1300 block of Agarita Drive, who reported unknown subject(s) cut the link to his back fence and entered the property and took several items without consent.
Information Report-Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Fresno Loop this afternoon where a female complainant reported entering her home and observed two unknown male subjects inside. Deputies upon arrival detained the pair, who would later admit to being undocumented subjects. United States Border Patrol agents were summoned to the scene and took custody of the two male subjects. A formal report was also file.
Assault-Deputies assisted Eagle Pass Fire Department EMT crews this afternoon after the reported a combative male subject inside their ambulance. Upon arrival at the location near the 2000 block of Eidson Road, deputies were able to apprehend the subject while he was given treatment. The subject's face appeared swollen and had a black left eye. Upon further investigation, the reporting person told deputies the subject had been assaulted by unknown subject(s) with an unknown object.
