DWI-Thirty-one year old Ivan Fernando Conde was arrested on DWI charges early this morning after a traffic stop for a minor infraction found him in an intoxicated state. Conde displayed bloodshot eyes and a slurred speech and had a strong alcoholic odor emitting from his person. He was transported to the tom Bowles Detention Center and his vehicle was impounded by a local wrecker service.
Wanted Subject, Assault/Family Violence-A unit responded to a residence on Encuentro Street after receiving reports of a possible family violence. Contact was made with a male subject later identified as Isaac Herrera upon arrival, whose background check revealed an active warrant for his arrest for a parole violation. Further investigation revealed Mr. Herrera had also assaulted his girlfriend He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Subject-Thirty-eight year old Ricky Salinas was taken into custody at the international port of entry 2 this afternoon after initially being detained by agents at the port when a check revealed a possible warrant for his arrest. The warrant out of Midland County Sheriff's Department was confirmed and Salinas was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
