Daily Reports-November 22, 2020

Burglary of Habitation/Criminal Mischief-Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Oaxaca after female subjects reported a known male subject had entered their apartment without consent and had ransacked several rooms in the residence. The subject also damaged a 2014 Ford Fusion parked outside the residence. The complainants further advised the male subject had previously sent a message stating he was planning on causing damages. A formal report was filed. 

Assault/Family Violence-A complainant on the 800 block of Hopedale Road reported she had been involved in a verbal argument with her husband that led to a physical confrontation. Attempts to make contact with spouse were met to no avail and the female subject would refuse further medical attention. A formal report was filed. 

Wanted Person-Twenty-two year old Misrain Gonzalez was arrested at the international port of entry 2 this afternoon after being detained by agents at the port when a check revealed an open warrant. The warrant issued by the Austin Parole Board was confirmed and Gonzalez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Public Intoxication-A unit responded to Old Pioneer Road this afternoon after receiving reports of a female subject walking on the road and appeared to be in distress. Contact was made with the subject, thirty-eight year old Gysel Serna, who displayed signs of being highly intoxicated and had several beers in her possession. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Motor Vehicle Accident/Leaving the Scene of an Accident-Units responded to the 2600 block of Rosita Valley Road this evening after a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival at the location, the Malibu was found unoccupied and had sustained front end damages. Investigations revealed the vehicle had also caused damages to a property nearby. The vehicle was impounded to the county yard for further investigation.
