Assault/Family Violence-Thirty-one year old Raul Fernandez was placed under arrest on assault and criminal mischief charges after deputies responded to a call on the 800 block of Abeto Drive this afternoon. Upon arrival at the location, the complainant stated he observed a female subject step outside of a residence and began to damage a vehicle. Contact was then made with the female subject, who reported Fernandez had broken her cell phone and began to assault her. Medical attention was denied at the time of the report and the Mr. Fernandez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
