Public Intoxication-Units responded to the 2400 block of Barrera Street this afternoon after receiving multiple 911 calls from a female subject who for no apparent reason. Upon arrival, contact was made with the subject, Alicia Arroyo Trevino, who appeared disoriented and displayed a slurred speech. After further investigation, Arroyo was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
