Wanted Person/Violation of Protective Order-Deputies responded to a residence on Lago Vista this afternoon after fielding complainants of unwanted subjects in the area. Contact was made with a female subject identified as thirty-four year old Glenda Ruiz, who stated a male subject was inside the home. Deputies then entered the home and made contact with Eduardo Carrizalez, who was placed under arrest after a check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. A check on Ms. Ruiz revealed a violation of a protective order. She was also taken into custody and the pair were transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-A deputy patrolling Eidson Road observed a male subject throwing an alcoholic beverage by the roadway this evening, prompting a check. Contact was made with fifty-nine year old Arturo Garza, who emitted a strong alcoholic odor and displayed bloodshot eyes and unstable movements. Mr. Garza was then taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
