Maverick County Daily Reports-January 05, 2020

Family Violence/Assault-Units responded to Alamo Street this morning after a female complainant reported she been involved in a physical altercation with her husband. Upon arrival, the complainant told deputies the couple were having a verbal argument as they were driving home when her husband become upset and parked by the roadway before pushing her out of the vehicle. The subject then left the area, leaving the female complainant behind. EMS crews arrived at the scene and medically cleared the subject. Her husband, thirty-two year old Alejandro Lopez was located by his residence. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. A formal report was filed.
