Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle-Deputies attempting to stop a 2007 black Toyota for a minor infraction on Highway 277 this morning were led on a brief pursuit when the driver of the vehicle failed to yield. Deputies were eventually able to bring the vehicle to a complete stop and the driver was taken into custody on a felony evading charge. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-Cipriano Tellez was taken into custody on public intoxication charges this afternoon after tribal police officers advised he was detained due to disorderly conduct inside the casino. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested Sergio Ariel Perez this evening after a traffic stop revealed an active warrant for Mr. Perez out of the Maverick County Sheriff's Office. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.
