Maverick County Sheriff Daily Report


Criminal Mischief
3000 Block of Tabachin
Complainant wished to file a report in reference to unknown subject(s) who intentionally and knowingly graffiti the cement wall to her property without her effective consent. A report was filed.  

Burglary of Habitation
3200 block Yucca Loop
Maverick County patrol units responded to the 3200 block of Yucca Loop in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, Deputy makes contact with complainant who stated two known subjects later identified as Jose Felipe Casares Jr. and Jorge Alberto Casares gained unlawfully entry to her residence by having their bodies half-way on a damaged window located in the living room. Complainant stated Jorge A. Casares and Jose F. Casares Jr. threw several bricks to the interior of the residence with intentions to cause bodily injury. Complainant stated one of the three bricks caused damages to the wall. Jose Felipe Casares Jr. and Jorge Alberto Casares were later placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Theft
Stripes Store
Upon arrival, contact was made with employee who stated an unknown male subject had taken several items without consent. Employee then stated the unknown male subject had driven off in a white Subaru SUV. Employee wished to file a report in reference to this matter.

Run Away
1200 Block of Agarita Street
Reporting person stated her juvenile daughter left her residence without permission at approximately 23:40 hrs. Reporting person further stated she did not know where she was heading to, but she could possibly be with a male subject. The female juvenile was entered into the TCIC/NCIC system as a runaway. A report was filed in reference to this matter.
