Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on the 400 block of Chuck Wagon Road this afternoon, whereupon arrival observed the driver of a vehicle laying on the ground approximately 50 feet from a Lincoln MKZ engulfed in flames. The driver, Daniel Opakeah Flores Gonzalez, displayed signs of intoxication and complained of pains on his sides. EMS crews were summoned and Mr. Gonzalez was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further treatment. This case is under investigation.
