Maverick County Daily Reports-February 28, 2019

Criminal Mischief-A complainant on the 2500 block of Rosita Valley Road reported a known male subject had intentionally shattered a winder to the residence before leaving the location. A report was filed.

Wanted Person-Alex Dario Vasquez was taken into custody by Graves Elementary this afternoon after investigators advised a deputy Mr. Vasquez had two warrants out for his arrest. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Family Violence/Assault-A complainant reported she had been involved with her common-law husband which escalated to a physical confrontation when he shoved her to the ground. The husband then took to assaulting himself by striking himself several times in the facial area. The complainant feared for her safety and fled the residence. A formal report was filed.

Wanted Person-Michael James Allison was arrested at the international port of entry 2 this evening after he was initially detained by agents at the port when a check revealed an open warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Allison was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
