Public Intoxication-Deputies arrested a male subject found walking along Eidson Road early this morning after he was found in an intoxicated state. The subject was taken into custody for his own protection and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Aggravated Assault-Deputies met with a complainant who reported he had been assaulted while walking home from a grocery store the previous evening. The complainant stated that at approximately 2 AM, known individuals had approached him and one subject struck him in the back of the head with a rock. The second individual took out a knife and stabbed the complainant in the subject. The subject further stated he had lost consciousness and awoke to find the subject had left the location. An aggravated assault report was filed.
Assault/Family Violence, Interfering with Emergency Assistance-A county unit responded to the 700 block of Wagon Wheel Road this afternoon where a complainant reported she had been involved in a physical altercation with her husband after the two had been in an argument. She also told deputies she had dialed 911 but her husband took away the phone at the time. The male subject, Abraham Aguilar, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Jose Felipe Casares was arrested this evening on family violence charges after his wife reported he had physically assaulted her. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
