Public Intoxication-Deputies arrested twenty-year-old Jose Luis Barrientos on public intoxication charges this morning after he was observed sleeping behind the wheel of a small pickup found stationary on Chuck Wagon Road. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Possession of a Controlled Substance/Possession of Marijuana-Units were dispatched to the Kickapoo Police Headquarters this morning after tribal officers reported a foot pursuit had ensued after a male subject attempted to trespass onto headquarters. A subject matching the description was later detained by United States Border Patrol agents, who in the midst of a search found the subject to be in possession of marijuana and methamphetamine. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Introducing Contraband into a Correctional Facility-A male subject brought into the Tom Bowles Detention Center by City of Eagle Pass Police Department officers was found to be in possession of narcotics this afternoon. Edward Alonso Gonzalez was charged with bringing contraband into a correctional facility after detention officers inside the jail found a clear plastic baggie containing a white powdery substance and crystal-like substance.
