Disorderly Conduct-A resident on Potro Street reported a male subject had been aggressive and hostile towards his family. Upon arrival at the location, contact was made with the subject, identified as Miguel Escareno who was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Aggravated Assault-A resident on the 200 block of Peach Street reported her husband had rushed towards her, yielding a kitchen knife with the intention of causing bodily injury. Contact was made with the husband, Francisco Cervera, who was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Jesus Homero Castro was arrested at the international port of entry 1 early this afternoon after he was initially detained by agents at the port when a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed and Mr. Castro was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A resident on the 2900 block of Buena Vista Drive reported hearing noises coming from a building in his backyard this evening. The resident advised he had gone to check and see what caused the noise when he saw a female subject flee the scene. An inspection of the building found forced entry through a shattered window and building ransacked. Deputies in the area were able to locate the subject moments later. Twenty-eight-year-old Erica Margarita Campuzano was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
