Deceased Person-A resident on the 1500 block of Lety Street this morning reported she found her seventy year old husband unresponsive. EMT crews were summoned to the scene and Justice of the Peace Madera pronounced the male subject deceased.
Wanted Person-Leonard Gene Moreno was arrested at the international port of entry #2 after being detained by agents at the port when a check revealed an open warrant. The warrant out of Comal County was confirmed and Mr. Moreno was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-Units were dispatched to the 1700 block of Ginebra Street, where a complainant advised a known male subject had entered his residence and took several items without consent. A formal report was filed.
