Deceased Person-Deputies responded to the 3000 block of Landin early this morning where a female subject reported she had found her husband in the bedroom unresponsive. EMT crews were at the location where Justice of the Peace Madera would later arrive to pronounce the male subject deceased.
Recovered Stolen Vehicle-Deputies met with a subject this morning who reported they had located their stolen vehicle, a 2006 Chevrolet 2500, in the Academy Sporting Goods store parking lot. The vehicle was removed from the property and taken to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office for further investigation.
Assault-A female complainant arrived at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to report her juvenile aged daughter had been assaulted by a known male subject. The complainant was advised to contact the criminal investigations unit in reference to the matter.
Aggravated Assault-Units responded to the 1800 block of Eidson Road this evening, whereupon arrival made contact where two parties were involved in an altercation at a local barbershop over possibly located stolen items. A report was taken.
Assault/Family Violence-A complainant made contact with the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to report she feared for her daughter's life after possible issues with a known male who had been living with her. Contact was made with the daughter, who would report she was in good conditions, but had been involved in a physical confrontation with her common-law husband the previous day and wished to file a report.
