Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-A traffic stop on a vehicle for defective equipment on Memo Robinson Road this morning revealed its driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was cited at the scene and released.
Theft-A complainant reported a known female subject had entered his residence and took several items without consent.
