Motor Vehicle Accident with Fixed Object-Units responded to US Highway 277 North this morning after the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 fell asleep behind the wheel, causing her to lose control before rolling over and striking a cattle fence. EMS crews were summoned to the scene and the driver was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation.
Wanted Person-Victor Manuel Salinas III was arrested at the international port of entry #2 this morning after being detained by agents at the port when a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Salinas was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A deputy was dispatched to the Super 7 Meat Market on Eidson Road this afternoon after an unknown male subject had left the establishment without paying for an unspecified amount of meat.
