Driving While Intoxicated-Deputies patroling FM1021 early this morning arrested Arturo Barboza Guajardo after he was found in a highly intoxicated state. Mr. Guajardo was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of a Stolen Firearm/Recovered Stolen Firearm-A traffic stop conducted on a 2012 Kia Optima early this morning revealed a handgun in plain view. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Teodulo Castillo, Jr., and check on the gun was conducted. The gun was reported as stolen and Mr. Castillo was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
